We had to wake up early today because we’re leaving for France tonight. We left York at 7:30 am from our families.
In Huddersfield, we left our exchange partners them with a heavy heart, every one was sad to leave them all. Each one of us seemed nostalgic to have to end The British Journey. We arrived in Cambridge at 1pm. We were able to visit the city of Cambridge in groups, with guides who led us through this student city and we also visited a university, Queens College, where we were able to explore the campus. We had an hour’s free time to explore the shops in Cambridge and pick up some souvenirs. We got back on the bus at 4.30 pm and are on our way to the ferry! Tonight we’ll be heading back to France after this wonderful trip to be reunited with our families tomorrow morning!
